With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I take great pride in supporting our advisors and team in various capacities.
One area where I take the lead is in handling all matters related to Required Minimum Distributions. This responsibility requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the regulations surrounding these distributions. Being the project lead for this crucial aspect of our business allows me to utilize my expertise and ensure compliance with the necessary guidelines. Having been an integral member of the Premier team for over 20 years, my experience in the financial planning world and data entry is invaluable. I have witnessed the growth and evolution of our company, and I am proud to have played a part in its success. My knowledge and familiarity with our systems and processes enable me to provide efficient and accurate support to our team and clients.
Outside of work, I reside in Brighton, MI, with my loving husband, Joe. We are blessed with a wonderful daughter named Joelle, who brings immense joy to our lives. During my free time, I indulge in a couple of hobbies that bring me great pleasure. Golfing allows me to unwind and enjoy the outdoors while challenging myself on the course. Additionally, I find solace and creativity in the kitchen. Cooking is not just a necessity but also a form of self-expression and a way to bring joy to others through delicious meals.

I take great pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, as I believe that the first impression sets the tone for a successful relationship. Although I am relatively new to the finance industry, I have quickly found my passion for making memorable first impressions and ensuring that our clients receive the utmost professionalism and care.
Having previously worked at the DeSoto Economic Development Council, transitioning into the financial services industry has been an exciting new chapter in my career. Learning about the intricate process of investing and being able to contribute to the financial well-being of the community I have lived in for nearly my whole life is truly fulfilling. What motivates me the most is working alongside strong, independent women. Being part of a team that is driven to succeed and grow is incredibly inspiring. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from my colleagues and contribute to the collective success of our firm.
As a native of Brighton, MI, I currently reside in South Lyon with my husband, Dave. Together, we have two wonderful adult children who bring joy to our lives. Outside of work, exercise is my thing! I start each morning with yoga, finding solace and balance in the practice. I also enjoy going for long walks, hiking and traveling with my husband.

These include financial advising, client account management, securities trading, customer service, client-facing meetings, and financial planning. With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have dedicated my career to helping clients manage their investments, providing education with passion, and being there for people during the different stages of life.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working at New England Securities and NY Life Securities, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the industry. I have also obtained the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, held through LPL Financial, as well as licenses for life insurance and variable annuities. These qualifications allow me to provide comprehensive guidance to my clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and goals.
What truly motivates me is the opportunity to educate, help, and be there for people when it comes to one of the most important aspects of their lives: their money. I take great pride in ensuring that my clients fully understand their financial options and strategies. Education is a cornerstone of my approach, and I believe in taking the time to explain concepts thoroughly and answer any questions my clients may have. By empowering them with knowledge, I enable them to make informed decisions and actively participate in their financial journeys. I am a firm believer in the importance of ongoing education. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the most relevant and effective advice to my clients. I have found that many of the clients I work with appreciate the time I take to educate them, as they may not have experienced this level of guidance with other advisors in the past.
Outside of work, I reside in Pinckney, MI, with my husband Ryan and our two beautiful daughters, Lilyana and Holly. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time spent together, enjoying the lakes and golf courses nearby. Nature holds a special place in my heart, and I find solace and grounding in sunsets, water, and hiking. Sports also bring me joy, and I actively participate in various activities. Engaging with the community and giving back is also a significant part of my life.

Having worked in the financial services industry since 2016, I have gained valuable experience that has further enhanced my skills and understanding of the industry. Prior to that, I attended Washtenaw Community College, where I laid the foundation for my career in finance. What truly motivates me is my family. I draw inspiration from my mother, Kathleen Aksten, who started from the bottom and has risen to great heights in her own career. Witnessing her journey has been a complete motivation for me, driving me to excel in my own professional endeavors.
One aspect of my job that brings me immense joy is hearing our clients' stories. Each person's life path is unique, and listening to their experiences and the journeys that led them to where they are today is truly fascinating. Building connections and understanding our clients on a deeper level is something I cherish.
Outside of work, I reside in Howell, MI, with my husband Trevor and our three amazing sons, Grayson, Dominic, and Carter. Family is at the core of everything I do, and I find joy in spending quality time with them. Living an active lifestyle is important to me, and I love engaging in various sports. Additionally, I enjoy taking on projects around the house – I’m unafraid of power tools and getting my hands dirty! Organizing and crafting are also passions of mine that allow me to tap into my creativity.

By utilizing various forms of securities and insurance products, I strive to pursue my clients' financial goals while providing confidence investing. I firmly believe that by taking a cautious and thoughtful approach, we can navigate the complex world of finance and help our clients thrive. Since entering the financial services industry in 1981, I have constantly sought to expand my knowledge and experience. I am proud to have obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation, which demonstrates my commitment to upholding the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility.
Beyond the technical aspects of my job, what truly drives me is fostering a community presence. I find great joy in engaging with the local community and building strong relationships. Outside of my professional life, I reside in Brighton, MI, with my husband Danny. Together, we have been blessed with five adult children and seven grandsons. In my free time, I maintain our ranch, Triple Diamonds Alpaca Ranch. We open our ranch to local charities for events, as we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years.

What motivates me in my career is the ability to help people turn their dreams into reality. There is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing my clients achieve the futures they have always envisioned. Each person has unique aspirations, and I am here to provide the guidance and support they need to work toward their financial objectives. One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to interact with clients and hear their stories. What truly excites me about my work is the ability to assist Advisors to help people pursue financial freedom. I am inspired by the opportunity to work with Advisors to address people’s financial stress and help guide them towards a more confident future.
